Within the scope of our Theta R&D project, we aimed to prepare a long-lasting and small-sized location tracking device, a concealable mini panic button and a software system that integrates these devices.
Our project, which started in 2015 to prevent femicide, included the development of a small, wearable and concealable panic button to make it easier for women to call for help when they are under threat.
Although triggering mobile phones with a panic button may seem like a more effective solution, it has been considered to develop a small-sized location tracking device that can be hidden and offers long battery life, and sends a location and call for help when triggered with a wireless button, in case the attacker turns off the phone at the time of threat or throws the phone away in case of a kidnapping, the phone's battery runs out, the internet service is down, etc.
In cases where our Alzheimer's patients, citizens with mental problems, young children and pet friends get lost, it is planned to develop a wearable location tracking device with long battery life that can be remotely triggered by their relatives.
Since it is not possible to configure ready-made location tracking devices as desired, it was decided to carry out hardware studies for the location tracking device and wireless panic button and to carry out software studies that will integrate these hardware products.
Within the scope of the project, 5 location tracking device prototypes and 12 different panic button prototype hardware studies and software studies of the server service application, web-based emergency alert application and location tracking mobile application with which these hardware products work integrated were carried out. Since the user always carries the button on him/her, we configured the button's operating system as time and number based pressing in order to prevent false alerts in case of accidental pressing. If the user clicks the button 3 or more times in a row within 5 seconds. The wireless button is activated and sends an emergency signal to the location tracking device. If the button is pressed 2 times in a row within 5 seconds, the button is activated and sends a precautionary status signal. If there is only 1 click within 5 seconds, it is perceived as a false click and the counter is reset after 5 seconds.
The location tracking device is in standby mode with internet and location services off, button signal scanning on. If the precaution signal is scanned with the button trigger, internet and location services are activated and precaution status information and location information are sent to the center. Since the center is in precaution status, it starts monitoring but does not send help, it tries to reach the user by phone. If an emergency situation is triggered while the location tracking device is in standby mode or precaution mode, internet and location services are activated and emergency information and location information are sent to the center. The center personnel, security units, direct the user to the instantly changing location information.
The location tracking device is in standby mode with internet and location services turned off and in a location request check mode at certain intervals. When the user's relative or pet friend is lost, it triggers the location request via the mobile application. When the location tracking device receives the trigger during the location request check, it starts sending location information to the user's mobile phone.
The application has been prepared using Microsoft Asp.Net in accordance with the server-client architecture. Location and status data come from the location tracking device to the server service application. In case of operation with button triggering, emergency information is reflected as warning and location information to the desktop application in the monitoring center. In case of operation, a web-based version of the same application has been prepared in case instant data is wanted to be shared with the user's relatives or security forces. In case of operation with remote triggering, location information is sent to the user's mobile phone.
In case of a standard product with a certain form, in order to eliminate the possibility of the person posing the threat recognizing the product and preventing the user from pressing the button in case of a threat, the product is created in a structure that can be hidden by attaching it to other products. It is produced in sizes that the user can easily hide by attaching it to products such as bracelets, watches, key chains, rings, buckles, etc. that they constantly carry on them and can easily reach when needed. The standard working configuration works on triggering by pressing the button 3 times in succession within 5 seconds. With this working configuration, false triggerings such as the button touching any surface or accidentally clicking are prevented. In the alternative working configuration, it works on triggering by pressing the button once. With this working method, it was aimed to offer the user a tack button alternative instead of a push button. Bluetooth 2.1, ble 4.1, ble 5.0, lorawan, 433 mhz rf modules and atmel processor mcu were used in the product prototypes. The battery life of the product is longer than 1 year.
Prototypes have been made in different configurations for other call systems such as hospital nurse call system, nursing home caregiver call system, shopping mall disabled toilet help call system, building security call system, etc. In these prototype variations, wifi, lorawan, bluetooth 5.0 modules, atmel processor mcu and touch tablet as a monitoring screen were used. Prototypes have fixed and mobile versions. Mobile versions offer different battery lives (3 months - 60 months) depending on the communication module used and battery size.
It is a version of the button and tracking device together. This version does not require a tracking device. It also offers the advantage of eliminating the need to carry a tracking device. Since the tracking device and the battery and antenna dimensions required for the tracking device are added to the button, it has a size disadvantage.

Our location tracking device prototypes are manufactured in the most optimum dimensions, considering the criteria of offering long battery life and being suitable for continuous transportation. M2M and normal sim card compatible 2G, 3G and 4.5G GSM modules, GPS modules, AVR architecture and Arm architecture Mcu's, BLE communication modules are used in our location tracking device prototypes. Our prototypes with button trigger configuration offer 1 year battery life in standby mode. In the studies to extend the battery life of our prototypes with remote trigger configuration, 3 months - 6 months battery life success has been achieved, and our work on the model offering 1 year battery life continues.
It is a scaled-down version of our normal location tracking device prototypes. These prototypes, which are the size of a keychain, provide advantages for integrated button use. This model is more suitable for applications such as collars for our small-sized animal friends such as cats. Due to the battery used to keep the size small, it offers a battery life of 1 - 3 months in standby mode.
Our vehicle version location tracking device prototypes are designed with battery and 12V power supply. It can be powered from the vehicle electrical system without the need for a converter. It can be hidden inside the vehicle and continues to work thanks to its internal battery even if the vehicle battery is removed.
Our local version location tracking device has multiple defined wireless signal recognition features. In home use, the wireless transmitter added to the house allows the carrier to detect when they leave the house. It is configured for the use of our Alzheimer's patients, citizens with mental problems and pet friends to send automatic warnings and instant locations to their relatives when they leave the house.
MsSql database and Microsoft Asp.net Framework were used. TCP module was prepared for instant data acquisition from the tracking device. Instant transmission of the acquired data to desktop, web-based, mobile applications is provided via TCP and web sockets. Rest API service was prepared for monitoring historical data.
It is a monitoring center application that receives emergency alerts and instant location information from the server software. It was prepared in C# language with Asp.net Uwp.
It is prepared to share the location information coming from the server software with people who do not have tracking software installed on their computers and mobile phones. The purpose of preparing this software is to share the web-based software page link via SMS to the mobile phones of security personnel arriving at the scene from security units and to enable security personnel to receive instant location data via the web browser on their mobile phones. The same use is also considered for cases where our Alzheimer's patients, citizens with mental problems, young children and pet friends are lost, and when more than one relative who does not have tracking software installed on their phones joins the search.
It has been prepared so that our Alzheimer's patients, citizens with mental problems, young children and relatives of our pet friends can receive instant location data from their mobile phones by remote triggering or leaving home.

Our Zahmetsis R&D project aims to develop software and hardware products to digitalize the process from the production stage to the sales stage. Thanks to the project, it is planned to create separate products for production, shipping and sales that work integrated with each other.
There are many companies that have not created digital infrastructures compatible with Industry 4.0 and they do not work at full efficiency in areas such as production planning, product and raw material stock management, order management, product shipment planning, etc.
Technologies such as 860Mhz uhf rfid tag, 13.5Mhz rfid tag, 125Khz rfid tag, QR code tag, barcode tag are not widespread enough. Inter-company integration can be facilitated with a system where tags with different technologies work synchronously.
UHF RFID tags do not work efficiently on metal products, and an affordable and high-performance solution can be produced with active label production that can be reused.

The modules of our system work synchronously with each other. As a gain of this, online integration can be provided with the sub-dealers of the companies using our software and other business partner companies using our software. In this way, instead of the old system of ordering, where the stock learning and ordering stages are carried out by phone between the buyer and seller companies, if the seller company uses our software but the buyer company does not use our software, the seller company can speed up the transactions by presenting the stock and ordering stages to the buyer company via web menu via the website, if both the seller and the buyer company use our software, the ordering process can be carried out directly via the software and the stock, order, preparation, shipment status can be monitored on a single screen from the software screen, and the products labeled by the seller company can be automatically added to the buyer company's stock with the same labels, and the efficiency gains brought by the industry 4.0 compatible software can be provided.
Our menu system; It is prepared as a web-based software for the menu that the company can use on its website and as an android software for the company's tablet menu. Since all modules in the main system work synchronously, orders can be received with instant stock and price information from web-based and tablet-based menus according to online data from production, stock tracking, production planning modules. Thanks to the instantly updated synchronous structure, it is possible to prevent the sale of products that are not in stock, to prevent overselling of critical stock products during simultaneous order reception from different channels, to automatically calculate the preparation and delivery times of products that are not in stock with data from the production planning module and to provide order reception, to prevent sales losses due to delayed stock information with automatic updating of stock surplus movements, to easily add new products to both menus from a single screen and to remove old products, and to automatically update the prices of foreign exchange-dependent products. Our menu system has different configurations for large and small-scale companies that manufacture, wholesale, and sell to the end user. While we have a mobile internet enabled tablet digital menu configuration for field sales personnel of manufacturing companies, we also have a wifi updated instant order tablet configuration for cafe-restaurant style businesses.
Our smart card system consists of web-based, mobile and desktop software products using our own production active signal personnel card and product label hardware products. In addition to our own production active labels, the system works compatible with Uhf rfid, Mifare rfid, Proximity rfid, Barcode and QR code. Thanks to the active signal, field operations can be managed more effectively with instant personnel in-house location information, automatic recording of which personnel made company fixed assets and product movements with the use of active cards and labels together, and the possibility of an alternative high-performance active label system to the poor performance of Uhf rfid in metal products. Active signal labels offer a serious cost advantage as they are structured for reuse.
Our smart detection system consists of mobile and desktop software products that use sensor hardware products as well as active signal personnel cards and active signal product label hardware products. Thanks to our instant alert module, department movements are monitored for the institution, instant alerts are given if the personnel entering the department is an unauthorized personnel and human-related work accidents are prevented and in case of in-house fixed asset and product movements, unauthorized personnel or non-personnel product movements are detected with the instant alert system, thus preventing the company's financial losses.
Our smart payment system; It is a mobile and web-based payment software with 5D security features that works integrated with our menu system. Our product, which includes credit card, EFT and EFT payment systems, has different configurations for large, medium and small scale companies.
Our smart menu software has a modular structure and works with client-server architecture. Our stock tracking active label module has been developed within the scope of our company's EFFORTSIS R&D project. The label reader devices and labels of the software module are produced within our company. This module has superior features such as reading labels from a distance of 150 meters, indoor exact location information, tracking of instant product, personnel, vehicle information together, and working efficiently in metal-intensive environments, compared to long-range RFID labels. With the advantage of producing hardware products in-house, we have different designs according to your company's needs.
Our production planning module allows companies to make production planning with manually entered data, while it also has the feature of providing automatic production planning recommendations using raw material, semi-finished product, finished product, production, personnel, stock and order information with artificial intelligence.

Our payment module has two different uses: external use and internal use. External use has the features of companies being able to receive credit card payments through our payment system, receiving credit card payments through their own virtual POS, receiving EFT payments and automatic EFT notification, and reflecting advance payments with user input. It provides conveniences such as easy integration to the website and receiving payments through our website if desired. Internal use works with contactless payment wristbands and wifi, bluetooth-enabled contactless wristband reader hardware products that we produce within our company. It enables the use of the positive balance defined by the business while receiving payment with contactless wristbands in internal shopping. The business can also prefer the method of receiving payment after shopping by activating the negative balance feature. Our internal use payment model is mostly used in businesses such as hotels, camping areas where food and services are charged extra. Our product has different designs such as key chains and customer cards in addition to wristbands.
Our product introduction module can be used with manual data entry as well as automatic update with our other modules. Our web-based introduction module can be added to companies' own websites thanks to its easy integration feature. Our mobile android module is configured with tablets with 7-12 inch screens according to the needs of the companies and is sent as a ready system with the server computer, and does not require any additional installation.
